New! Hyland Automate

The newest innovation from Hyland has arrived! Hyland Automate offers AI-enhanced, low-code, end-to-end content-driven process automation and service orchestration, so your team can free up resources for strategic initiatives, streamline processes and accelerateF time-to-market. 

Notable features include the capability to:

Alfresco platform updates

Two Alfresco platform modules received updates in the Q2 releases, both of which can drive significant value to those who adopt them:

• Alfresco Intelligence Services can now leverage the latest Amazon Web Services (AWS) intelligence services while enabling metadata enrichment from AI insights. Alfresco customers can benefit from this update by gaining the ability to identify and extract insights from content to drive new efficiencies and automations.
• Alfresco Desktop Sync has been updated to provide better performance, security and reliability when synchronizing Alfresco-managed documents with user desktops. Simplify access to important documents, automatically sync selected content between user desktops and the repository, and access the latest versions of synchronized content, even when working offline.

Nuxeo Platform enhancements

Hyland’s Q2 enhancements to the Nuxeo Platform bring new experiences and capabilities to viewing images. These advancements include:

• Nuxeo Enhanced Viewer (NEV) updates that benefit customers who require security enhancements and want to improve the user experience. The new release improves security and accessibility, and features advanced collaboration tools like audio annotations and efficient redaction processes.
• A new add-on 3D viewer that empowers Nuxeo Platform for DAM solution users to store and preview 3D assets as part of the creative workflow.

Acuo Admin Portal

This update to Acuo Admin Portal provides significant new value to the solution, starting with a more technological foundation to better deploy and support upgrades for imaging cloud infrastructure. Customers can quickly deploy and upgrade cloud-based solutions, streamlining the previous days-long process to just hours.

This Q2 release provides:

• Support for multispecialty imaging that is infinitely scalable with easy configurable storage management
• Improved security and disaster recovery that is HIPAA-compliant
• Simpler cloud management and deployment

New! NilRead Patient Portal
NilRead Patient Portals empower patients by granting them control over their medical images. With it, patients can easily and securely share images with other physicians or even friends and family.

Important things to know about this new solution:

• Provides a secure avenue for patients to view, share and upload images
• NilRead Patient Portal is a zero-footprint solution that allows patients to access their medical images via access through their EHR/EMR patient portal (such as My Chart)
• It is easy to install and supports every major EMR
• Multiple image formats are supported, including DICOM, TIFF,GIF, JPEG, PDF, video and more
• For existing NilRead customers, NilRead Patient Portal is simply an extension of your current NilRead license
• NilRead Patient Portal decreases CD usage

New! PACSgear MDR Video Touch 4k
Hyland is excited to release PACSgear MDR Video Touch 4k, a device that enables customers to capture key images and videos from visible light modalities and automatically associate them with the correct patient record using industry standards such as DICOM Modality Worklist (MWL).

This new solution:

• Streamlines image capture workflow through integrations that allow clinicians to efficiently capture, annotate and include endoscopy images in their structured reports
• Enables consistent workflows across departments with high-powered, efficient image retrieval and secure accessibility
• Seamlessly integrates with Epic Lumens
