OnBase Foundation 23.1

This significant release includes more than 40 areas of enhancements to Hyland’s OnBase platform. Notable updates include:

New: OnBase App Builder
Simplify the user experience and application adoption by tailoring solution functionality to the job tasks, terminology and usage patterns of the user. Features include:

• Role-centric user interfaces for different parts of the organization based on how users interact with content
• Streamlined views of only the content and functionality relevant to a user role
• Access to OnBase Apps with the supported browser of users’ choice on desktop and tablet devices

Web Client enhancements
Users will find an improved Web Client appearance, navigation, usability and accessibility on desktop and tablet, as well as:

• Feature additions like better visibility into batches, enhanced document distribution management and new text report viewer features
• Accessibility updates that include increased usability for everyone, especially users sensitive to contrast
• Tablet support that helps users be more mobile than ever, leveraging touch gestures such as pinch-to-zoom, scroll-and-pan, single-click to open a document and more

AP global enhancements for SAP
Organizations can more accurately and easily process invoices for service-based purchases, make payments to one or more vendor bank accounts, and add the applicable tax to an invoice based on vendor-specific tax codes and types.

Enriched Epic Chart Search
OnBase integration with Epic Chart Search enables patient records stored in both OnBase and Epic to be retrieved in the same query. This integration eliminates lost time searching for information, arming clinicians to make more informed care decisions.

Integration for Epic Tapestry
Hyland’s Epic Tapestry integration for Hyperdrive brings scanned documents within Tapestry workflow. This means staff members spend less time searching and more time servicing members. The integration enhances member insight, expedites processing, speeds resolution of inquiries and supports meeting compliance timelines.

Perceptive Content Foundation 23.1

Perceptive Content Foundation 23.1 creates more efficiencies for the Perceptive Content platform, processes and users. It offers powerful new features that can help manage users more efficiently, deploy solutions more easily and improve workflow processes.

User Replication Agent
Updates offer better integration with cloud services to reduce the need for manual updates and eliminate the risk of errors.

Additional support for Hyland Cloud hosted customers
Containerized services enable customers to coordinate and deploy updates and patches, as well as to accomplish upgrades in record time.

New and improved Workflow and Capture apps
Highly requested updates for users of our next-generation web client are now available and will enable them to spend less time manually entering data and more time focusing on core business activities.

Nuxeo Platform LTS 2023

This major upgrade delivers improved performance, security and scalability for the Nuxeo Platform. With these updates, users gain:
