Founded in 1991, Hyland was born from the vision of Packy Hyland and Miguel Zubizarreta, two pioneers who aimed to revolutionize how businesses managed their information.

Over the years as Hyland expanded its workforce across 25+ countries around the globe, it recognized that its success was intricately tied to the well-being and engagement of its employees. Mentoring program: Hyland’s Mentoring Circles program allows employees to develop specific competencies through the insight, perspective and support of mentors and small peer groups.
