Originally designed for retail, hospitality and other product-based industries with direct spend invoices, this value-add solution supports complex three-way matching scenarios across one or multiple ERPs and point solutions. The solution enables customers to easily integrate high volumes of procurement documents from any source and in any format into Workday workflows.

While content is directly captured to Workday and indexed to associate to a record, the content itself is stored in Hyland’s OnBase platform. This means the content can also be leveraged within other enterprise systems, associated with other content items and linked to a Workday record. Hyland for Workday makes it easier for Workday customers to manage high-value information all within Workday.
