The challenge
Growing volumes of paper and other external records from patients, vendors and new employees were time-consuming and costly to process, and adversely impacted efficiency and the satisfaction of employees and patients. Transformational technology was sought to support the Sharp Experience, which delivers the best place to work, practice medicine and receive care.
The solution
Sharp HealthCare selected Hyland’s OnBase content services platform to unite content across the enterprise and integrate the content for use within core system workflows, including electronic health records, enterprise resource planning and other business and clinical applications.
