Hyland drives record attendance at annual Solution Provider Summit
Executives detail key next steps in long-time innovator and industry leader’s intelligent content services roadmap
Hyland, the leading global provider of intelligent content solutions, last week drove record attendance at its annual Solution Provider Summit, a unique event in the industry solely geared toward the company’s hundreds of partners.
More than 200 attendees from across the globe took part in the Summit, during which they heard key details about Hyland’s innovative product roadmap, industry trends such as artificial intelligence and more.
“The energy among our partners was palpable at this year’s Solution Provider Summit, as Hyland leaders, fellow partners and external industry experts relayed key trends and strategies to guide our partners’ continued growth,” said Brian Schlosser, Hyland’s vice president of global partner programs. “Most importantly, our partners are eager to join Hyland as we deepen our leadership position in the intelligent content solutions industry by leveraging new technology to deliver exceptional experiences.”
Hyland chief product officer Leonard Kim and chief technology officer John Phelan delivered one of the Summit’s main keynotes, highlighting the massive growth in unstructured data volume that’s already occurred in recent years – and the anticipated, additional explosion of unstructured data soon to follow. Studies show organizations currently are deriving actionable insight from a fraction of that unstructured data, and Hyland’s product roadmap and planned innovation positions the company and its partners well to help customers accomplish their goals.
Hyland’s roadmap includes the recently introduced Hyland Experience Automate and Credentials, the first services from the next-gen, cloud-based Hyland Experience platform, plus Hyland Intelligent Document Processing and, to be introduced later this year, Hyland Experience Insight.
“Our customers want us to capture, ingest, extract, separate, classify and validate their data,” Kim said, “and we’re enabling innovation across their organizations to exceed those expectations, improving processes and ultimately providing better experiences to the people they serve.”
Other Summit speakers included:
- Tom Davis, Hyland associate vice president for intelligence, who detailed how AI is enhancing data accessibility and optimizing content management processes
- Mike Askren, Hyland vice president of product management, who further detailed Hyland’s innovative product roadmap that’s supplementing and amplifying the impact of Hyland’s enterprise platforms
- Cathy McPhillips, chief growth officer of the Cleveland-based Marketing AI Institute, and members of Hyland’s AI Council detailed how Hyland partners can identify the most valuable AI applications for their specific needs, while also gaining access to tools and resources that can help them determine where AI can best augment their work
The growth of Hyland’s Solution Provider Summit reflects the overall growth of Hyland’s broader partner program. In all, more than half of Hyland’s 14,000-plus customers – in more than 100 countries -- are supported by partners.
