Hyland recognized in CRN’s annual Partner Program Guide
Guide offers essential information and guidance to members of IT channel ecosystem as they explore vendors’ partner programs that best suit their needs
Hyland, a leading global content services provider, has been recognized by CRN in its annual Partner Program Guide.
The recognition comes as Hyland has evolved its Channel Partner program vision and execution, providing better mechanisms for driving performance, improving relationships, awarding results and acknowledging partner expertise. In the past year, Hyland’s Channel team has supported its partners in several new ways, including their transition to subscription/SaaS models and specialized SaaS enablement to support partner cloud deployments.
Additionally, Hyland has sought to meet its partners’ goals for a simpler program, plus customized its program to enhance its applicability both globally and for a wider range of potential partners.

CRN evaluated vendors based on program requirements and offerings such as partner training and education, pre- and post-sales support, marketing programs and resources, technical support and communication.
