Hyland earns 2024 Military Friendly® Employer Designation
Hyland strives to create welcoming environment for veterans, including employee resource group that helps connect, engage service members
Hyland, a leading global content services provider, has earned the 2024 Military Friendly® Employer designation.
Institutions earning the Military Friendly® Employer designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. More than 1,200 companies participated in the 2024 Military Friendly® survey.
Hyland’s Veterans Employee Resource Group is one component of Hyland’s effort to create a military friendly workplace; that group executes programs that help connect, educate and engage Hyland’s military service members. Additionally, veterans receive additional considerations around their benefits, including extra paid time off.
“We’re proud to be recognized as a military friendly employer, and value the incredible impact Hylanders who have served have made not only on our company, but their country as well,” said Debbie Connelly, Hyland’s chief people officer. “We’ll continue to identify ways to show our appreciation to our service members and create additional programs to deepen our military friendliness.”
Methodology, criteria, and weightings were determined by VIQTORY with input from the Military Friendly® Advisory Council of independent leaders in the military recruitment community. Final ratings were determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet thresholds for Recruitment, New Hire Retention, Employee Turnover, and Promotion & Advancement of veterans and military employees.
