More than a decade ago, Hyland Software was founded on the concept of building innovative technology based on customer and market needs. Today, those factors continue to drive Hyland to create advanced OnBase® solutions that will ensure success for the company's customers.

And just as customers have had a major impact on Hyland's development, without strong management and an employee base that believes in the driving forces behind Hyland, OnBase would not be the elite content management solution that it is today.  So what once began as a two employee operation has grown to more than 600 employees working together to deliver OnBase throughout North America, Latin America, Europe and Japan.
