Hyland has expanded its service offerings to include two new services, Backstop and OnBase OnLine. Both are available directly from Hyland Software or through an authorized OnBase® solution provider.

Backstop is a suite of data recovery services designed to maintain and restore the integrity of an organization's OnBase storage and information infrastructure.  Composed of five separate programs - services range from system validation to on-site hosted recovery -Backstop is available as a suite or as distinct services.

OnBase OnLine is Hyland's hosted content management solution, and it provides the functionality and benefits of OnBase within a completely hosted environment. As a result, organizations can combine the strength of a central content repository with the flexibility of an on-demand, hosted, web service, eliminating the often project-prohibitive investment required to create a sound technological infrastructure.
