Hyland's User Programs Group is dedicated to ensuring our users are receiving the latest information about OnBase, from new product launches to enhancements, tips, tricks and tools to unleash newfound potential within installed OnBase systems. This education happens via newsletters, online seminars, comprehensive training courses and numerous events.

Our premier customer event, the annual OnBase Training & Technology Conference (OTTC) is an opportunity for our customers, partners and employees to come together to share valuable information about how to get the most from an OnBase investment. A full schedule of educational sessions provides vertical, technical and practical applications for empowering your business using OnBase as well as complementary technologies that can drive additional cost savings and efficiency gains. OTTC also offers attendees the opportunity to network with other OnBase users. In 2007, nearly 1,400 OnBase end users, partners, and prospects from 19 countries had the opportunity to choose from more than 110 breakout sessions, six industry sessions, 22 four-hour technical training classes, seven eight-hour technical training classes and eight vertical user group meetings over the course of six days of education.

Many users also operate and participate in industry specific user groups known as "VOGUEs" (Vertical OnBase Group of User Experts). These industry-specific user groups determine the topics that are relevant to the specific pain points in their business processes. Sessions are conducted in a variety of mediums to provide an opportunity for peers to discuss how technology can address the issues facing their organizations. Hyland Software also looks to VOGUE members to provide feedback regarding how OnBase could be enhanced to address specific need in that industry.

Users are also given access to the dedicated, password-protected Web site https://users.onbase.com. This site provides a wealth of educational and product content, allowing users to connect with the latest developments in OnBase and to network and discuss new ideas. This site is home to Hyland’s User Programs, Web-based programming that offers users the ability to sign up for scheduled Web-based demonstrations and access to download-on-demand content, enabling them to better understand ways OnBase can plug into their environments to solve specific business issues.
